Summer vacation is over and we made it home safely. Although I was wondering if someone was spying on us at one of our hotels on the way home.

See that hole in the ceiling? So many things could be in there….snakes….spiders….cameras! Needless to say I didn’t sleep well that night.

Shortly after we got home, we had our first cruise with our boating club. We went to Pink Shell Resort. We always go to the same places but it always seems like we see something new each time. We glad to just be back on the water

Pretty impressive huh? The only thing I saw new was this house???

Such a blue roof. I can’t really figure out if it is someone’s very large house or if it’s some kind of business. You decide.

Once we got to the marina and all tied up

I saw this guy going by

It was hard to see what he was standing on, must be a motorized surf board or something. He was cruising along pretty well.

That night we went out to dinner at a place on the water called Parrot Key. We had to get our picture taken with this guy

We had a good dinner there, not cheap but the ambiance was great.

We spent quite of bit of time in the pool the couple of days we were there. Even me! Nothing like a good soak in a pool to help make your skin smooth

When we went back to the marina later in the day I saw this go by

Kind of like the Beer Bike in Savannah

but it is on the water and you don’t have to pedal. I’ll take the one on the water, thank you very much.

We had a good time and it was fun to get out in the boat again. Our next destination…..Key West!
