In early February, we found another Albin in Stuart, FL to look at. So off we went with our Broker Mike. He has the patience of a Saint to keep driving back and forth across the state with us to look at boats. This Albin is a 2003 and seems to be in much better shape than the other one we looked at. But I’ll let you decide
This boat is with it’s 2nd owner. It has been on this lift for the past 10 years
They just had the bottom painted a few months ago. All in all, a pretty sweet boat. It certainly has jumped into our number one position.
We decided, seeing as we had driven all the way over here, we might as well spend the night in Stuart and check out the town. Look at this cool road we found that went thru the Banyan trees
soo cool, I just had to stop and take a picture :).
Here is Gary by the Stuart Marina
I’d hate to pay for the dockage for the boat that belongs to that anchor, wowzer!
It was a gloomy and windy day
but we had a great time checking out the area. So, off to home we go and I think we have a lot to discuss on the way home.

“It has been on this lift for the past 10 years”
It must have really low engine hours! Talk about slip sailers. LOL.
Very low hours, that is what made it so interesting!
My fishing boat is the same way. It is a 2007 and probably doesn’t have 40 hours run time. It has never been in the rain, stored inside, and not one scratch anywhere. The prop still has all of the paint on it. I would sell it but the depreciation would kill me. I am hoping to use it in Washington once/if we move. Good luck on that boat. I really like the looks of the boat.
Its Beautiful! Looks like has more than a little “Touch of Class”!
I like the Blue and White hull a lot better but the rudder still looks crusty from the pic on the “hard”. I imagine it’s very difficult to get a paint to stick well on steel in salt water.
A lot of times they just don’t paid them at all. Don’t really know why.
