Here is what we do
That’s right….we water ski on November 29th! See the snow and ice on the lake in the back of the picture? Of course this must be some crazy teenager. No way would you catch me out there!
Here is what I would rather be doing
Decorating our boat for a Christmas boat parade. Some day we’ll see on in person.
Stay warm y’all!

I would do it with a cold water dry suit. I have used by BARE suit in 40 degree water and it is toasty. The hard part of skiing in the winter would be getting in an out of the ramp with boat and trailer in snow/ice. I went for a drive down to the Boom site a few weeks ago and got stuck there for almost 3 hours. It was so slippery the truck slide sideways down the hill. Snow had covered the ice and it was too late to backup. I fortunately carry 4 bags of sand in the back of the old pickup and slowly made a sand path up the iced over hill. Without the curb the truck would have gone over the side into the drainage ditch. Have a great stay. PS: Let us know if you ever need a boat sitter while you are up visiting. LOL. Sure you have the suit Rod but would you really want to do it? Haha!
Barb would have killed you if your truck fell into the ditch. You never would have heard the end of it. 🙂
