Anyone recognize this boat.  Some friends of ours were on the east coast and saw 4 or 5 of these streaming towards them

We saw this guy pull in to our favorite breakfast place Recognize it?  How about now? A little closer Yup, that is a Rolls Royce at  Times are really tough in the Cape.
